IPY Montreal 2012 Career Development Workshop: From Knowledge to Careers

From April 20th to 22nd, 2012 the IPY Montréal 2012 Career Development Workshop: From Knowledge to Careers will be held in Montréal, Québec, Canada.

The workshop, co-organized by the Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) and the ArcticNet Student Association (ASA), will give students and early career polar scientist the opportunity to network with senior scientists and policy makers. It will will provide a platform for students and mentors to become acquainted, share experiences, and develop collaborations.

It will be organized concurrently with the Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) and immediately before the 2012 IPY "From Knowledge to Action" conference.
